Hi,

I have had my prescription for LDN for several weeks but have not

taken it yet since I was on an antibiotic for the flu and was having

some mild side effects from that over a 10 day period. I was told by

my doctor to wait and then start LDN. Now that I am better I am

about to start LDN for treatment for Chron's.

I have capsules that are 1.5mg and will at some point go up to 3.0mg

then 4.5mg. How long does it take to bump up the dosage to the next

level? Any feed back about your experiences will be greatly

appreciated. Please get back to me with any helpful info. Thanks in

advance...

Any special reason that you are not starting w/ 4 1/2 mg??

Also, I think that the cream would be better since you have Crohns.

I'd try and have your doctor change your RX to LDN Cream 4 1/2 mg.

My daughter has been using the cream for 10 months now w/ great results

I wish you the best ,

Hi ,I have crohn's and ms too. I just started ldn a. Week ago. Started 1.5 and per the pharmacy since crohn's is involved on the 3rd day I went to 3.0. The 1st day I took 3.0 was the worst. Since then I have been feeling pretty good. The first 2 days on the 1.5 I felt the best I had in a while. I come from taking tysabri. I also had to start an antibiotic today due to a cronic ear and sinus infection. Tysabri killed my immune system. I hope ldn works for us all.... ette,

I mentioned she started Friday. she has begun with the 1.5mg dose for 3 weeks etc. Where do you get the cream and how do you know where and how to apply?? I want to try to get this for her as a back up precaution because I do not want her to go into such a flare that she will be told to take steroids.

thanks for all your help paulette

Just ask your daughter's doctor to change her RX to cream and also to

change dosage to 4 1/2 mg. -

because I don't think that 1 1/2 mg. will be effective. Hope he's

cooperative!

You apply the cream to anywhere on the body that isn't hairy ... my

daughter applies it to her thighs.

The pharmacy that we use is Coastal - http://www.coastalcompounding.com/

We live in NY and use a doctor in the city for the Rx - Dr. Ehrlick

...... where are you?
