Is available at Lulu. I made sure to make the whole book available to

read for free as I did with my own book as well.

One of the members of the Googleldn group just messaged that he was

having trouble dealing with the pdf file and so I sent him to Lulu.

Check it out. It's real easy to flip through the pages and read.
