I also take LDN for Fibro, hip joint pain etc –

but my already horrid sleep problems were really, really amplified when taking

LDN, but I think I am a rare and complicated case when it comes to sleep

problems, which have existed since almost birth.

I keep trying the LDN at night, but always have to give

up when I don’t get any sleep at all for days and days on end, even WITH

taking a sleeping pill.

But it has not stopped me from taking LDN, I am a

morning doser – it is better than no help at all, the improvement I got

the first month was incredible!!!! And I stayed good for 3 months………then

started to have hip joint pain again, and now I am somewhere in the middle, not

as good as the first 3 months, but not as bad as before or the last 2 months.

Am still hoping to go back to my initial improvement,

will continue every few weeks to attempt at night – I have also tried

taking late at night just as I am starting to fall asleep, actually have the

LDN in my hand waiting until I know I am about to fall asleep – and not

too long after taking and fully awake, usually without ever having fallen asleep.

Wish I could figure out why I don’t sleep and how

to take the LDN at night without ruining what little sleep I get – 3 –

5 hours is a FANTASTIC night for me.!!!

P.S . I have tried melatonin, 5htp, every herb,

homeopathic and just about anything else one can find at the health food store –

I think it still may have to do with the tumor on my pituitary – but I can’t

seem to find a doctor that can explain how the tumor might interfere with sleep

– the doc’s I’ve seen since they found the tumor don’t

seem to know……..
