Guest guest
Many avid runners report a runner's high resulting from long or intense runs. My understanding has been that this feeling of euphoria is a result of endogenous endorphins released in response to the exercise. If this is true, wouldn't LDN diminish that runner's high by blocking the endorphin receptors?
