Most of us drink bottled or tap water the rest of the time anyway and I'm sure once it is all mixed up in our digestive system the naltrexone isn't going to know what it was swallowed with. The remaining mix may not be as pristine pure as it would otherwise be but is surely still OK. I certainly wouldn't throw it out! I've occasionally mixed mine (when I had Revia tablets as a back up) in tap water and I'm still here to tell the tale!
