I buy the capsules, then make the lower dosage myself, in liquid form, which I drink followed by drinking liquid yoghurt. Tarra
Guest guest
The following refers to those with MS but it may be helpful for you: Why you may get increased symptoms in first three months on LDN - http://tinyurl.com/5dkz2t Art -- > > Following Dr. Skip's recommendations, I did 30 days of 1.5 mg of LDN, > followed by 30 days of 3.0 mg, to be followed by trying 4.5 mg. Ironically, I just joined the LDN Forum, where the link leads, about 15 minutes before your e-mail. Unfortunately the information didn't help in my particular case. I've never been able to take 99% of all opiates, which makes surgery difficult (I've had 14 major surgeries). But it also means I'm absolutely sure I had none in my system when I started LDN, nor within the past 5 years. The article also doesn't explain why I had no problems for the first 2 months, then suddenly had conditions return that have not bothered me for some time. For everyone else: my liver function tests are normal. I also take a number of nutritional supplements and vitamins and minerals to prevent and/or control other problems. My body always reacts strangely to both prescription and natural medicine, which is why I began this journey with caution and preparation. Hopefully, someone out there will know something to help me. I'll give the URL (NOT a link) below. For anyone interested, this information plus a WHOLE LOT MORE I wish I'd had 2 months ago can be found on both the LDN Forum site, and at Crystal's LDN Users site. To inform ourselves, we obviously need to check out more than one site. Wish I'd thought of that sooner!
