Sorry to take up space for an issue that won't concern everyone.....I

recently upped my LDN dose to 4.5. Not long after that I started

having regular hot flashes throughout the day and night. I read

with interest the posts about increased menstrual cramping as I also

experienced that after upping to 3.0. I know I am in the

peri-menopausal stage of life and the hot flashes could be completely

a result of that alone. I am wondering if any of you gals - or the

wives of you guys - have had the same experience.
