Stiff neck/shoulders headache

I was a little off this morning not too bad stiffness wise.

I saw a specialist today and I think it caused me stress.

I had stiffness in my shoulders this morning but now my lumbar is

stiff and my neck is stiff and I have a headache as a result (I think-

could my head be stiff? And that causing a headache? I don't feel I

am thinking straight- sorry for the odd question)

I don't mean to keep complaining, I just feel no one really

understands what I am going through.

I am getting McCandles Transdermal tomorrow.

I am also getting DLPA in the mail as we couldn't find Solray anywhere.

Would DLPA help with this?

I am terrified of taking supplements due to have Multiple Chemical

Sensitivity and Crohn's/Colitis.

If anyone has more suggestions for me that would be very much appreciated.
