Guest guest
While searching on-line for quitting smoking and LDN, I basically started looking for articles about smoking and depression. Smoking always made me feel better. Every time I tried to quit I got extremely depressed. After researching that phenomenon, I became convinced that people who that happens to are self medicating depression with nicotine. It was a long time ago that I did the research, but I googled things like nicotine/depression, nicotine addiction/naltrexone, quitting smoking/depression, smoking/dopamine, etc. I came up with several things and it all made sense. Quitting with LDN was the only way for me. Even tried Zyban (Wellbutrin) which helped a little in but I had heart issues with it and it didn't help near as much as LDN has. I miss smoking, but I'm not doing it and I don't want to drive off a cliff and I'm not biting anyone's head off! That's amazing.
