Guest guest Posted December 24, 2008 Report Share Posted December 24, 2008 To All; I've been on 3 mg LDN four years, tried 3.5, 4 & 4.5 mg each for two weeks, found 3.5 mg seem to work best for me, I seemed to have leg pain with 4.5 mg, or should I have tried the 4.5 longer to get the full benefit? I've been taking 50 mg TramadoI with my LDN and haven't noticed any problems, I have read here about Tramadol being dangerous taken with LDN or not getting the full benefit of LDN when taking Tramadol, could anyone clarify this for me?
