Quality of HIV testiing and services at New Delhi Hindu Rao Hospital ICTC

Dear Forum,

 

Dated 17/06/02 a BPL(Below Poverty Line) lady name Razia(Name Change)age

30yr.admited for her first delivery in labour room in Hindu Rao Hospital. The

Labour room in charge Dr.Indira Yadav arranged to him for(from hospital blood

bank) a unit of blood that time. She delivered a male baby that time.

 

Again Razia(Name Change)age 30yr.admited for her second delivery on

(Dated-27/09/04  & Discharge 08/10/04 M.R.D.No-31790) in Hindu Rao Hospital.

Again Dr.Indira Yadav (unit incharge) was arrange  to him a unit of blood from

blood bank of Hindu Rao Hospital. She delivered a female baby that time.

But, Dr.Indra Yadav wrote down on the discharge papers as HIV+ve,AIDS etc by

breaking confidentialty of the patient.

Bitween Ward admission & discharge Razia and his husband Moji Khan(Name

Change)  & son Salman(Name Change) all tested HIV+ in ICTC of Hindu Rao Hospital.

 

Questions/Details are: 

1.) In 2004 ICTC of Hindu Rao Hospital Diclare Razia husband Moji Khan Son

Salman all of them HIV+. 

2.) In Dated 07/09/06 PID No-DE/06/3015 Moji Khan Declare HIV negative in

ICTC Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital New Delhi.

3.) In Dated 19/12/06 PID No-DE/06/4428 Moji Khan Declare HIV negative in ICTC

Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital New Delhi.

4.) In Dated 28/06/08 PID No-DE/08/0705 Moji Khan Declare HIV positive in ICTC

Babu Jagjiwan Ram Hospital Jahangir Puri Delhi.

5.)After HIV+ report of ICTC Babu Jagjiwan Ram Hospital Moji Khan registered in

ART Ambedkar Hospital No-DE/BSA/ART/757/08.

5.) In Dated 29/08/08 PID No-DE/08/0572 Moji Khan Declare HIV negative in ICTC

NDMC poly clinic New Delhi.

6.)In Dated 19/03/09 PID No-DE/09/0777 Moji Khan Declare HIV negative in ICTC

Babu Jagjiwan Ram Hospital Jahangir Puri Delhi.

 

Moji Khan is confuseed of his HIV status. Is he HIV+ or HIV negative. Moji Khan

also blame Hospital & Dr.indira yadav is reponsible for his wife & son HIV+ by

blood transfution of the Blood Bank of Hindu Rao Hospital.

For the last two days Moji Khan admited in Aradhya Care Home (DSACS PROJECT) for

OI's Problem. Care Home also confuse about her HIV reports. Because DSACS Care

Homes Facility is only for HIV+ peoples.

 

Moji Khan also rase so many Question Marks on ICTC Testings.

 

I request to NACO & DSACS take neccessary action as soon as possible.

In this serious matter any Official/Un-official person feel free to mail/call me

for any clarification.
