Youth Coalition HIV factsheets

Dear all,The Youth Coalition has produced three factsheets on HIV and AIDS related issues:Young People and HIV-related Stigma and Discrimination: addresses how stigma and discrimination affect young people, what has been achieved in past UNGASS meetings, the gap between commitments and reality, and what young people can do to take a stand. Available in English, Spanish, Chinese and French. 

Comprehensive Sexuality Education for Young People discusses the definition of comprehensive sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services, young people’s need for SRH information, education and services, and what young people can do in their own communities and beyond. Available in English, Spanish, Chinese and French.

In partnership with GYCA, UNFPA and the World AIDS Campaign, the Youth Coalition has developed a new resource on universal access and youth, Towards the Finish Line: Youth and Universal Access 2010. The factsheet is a helpful tool in finding out more about universal access, what commitments have been made, and what remains to be done. Available in English, Hindi, Spanish, French, Portugese, Arabic, Chinese and Russian.
