Swasti works aim to advance health by mobilizing communities to better address healthcare priorities, and by improving the efficiencies and effectiveness of organizations in the health sector. We combine sectoral knowledge with gender and equity perspectives and management skills. Swasti is a registered not-for-profit society that is a part of the Catalyst Group of institutions that has been working in the development sector for over a decade. We work with a range of organizations from grassroots community based organizations to NGOs, bi-lateral and multi-lateral donors, government departments and academic and corporate bodies. Job Description: Incumbent will be directly responsible for leading a team of professionals in conceptualizing and executing a variety of challenging assignments which will include planning, monitoring, research, reform facilitation, capacity building and documentation. Desired Profile of the Candidate: Post Graduate in Public Health, or related field. Skills in consulting, multi stakeholder interaction and handling and facilitation are critical for this position At least ten years of experience in the area of Public Health, and/or health systems Project management experience. Ability to lead a small, multi-disciplinary team. Strong analytical and writing skills. Prior experience of training and facilitation shall be an advantage Knowledge of Hindi and English. Strong written and spoken communication skills. Willingness to undertake frequent and extensive travel in the project area. Desired Work Experience: At least ten years Compensation Offered: Will be commensurate with experience.
