Sr. Executive / Executive - WHARF (Wockhardt¡¦s CSR Initiative)

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should

Be a post graduate in MSW or in the health care sector with at least 2-4 years

experience in the below areas. Graduates with around 6-7 years relevant

experience can also apply have experience in designing and implementation of HIV

and AIDS programs

Have strong communication skill

Be fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi

Be willing to travel in villages and its surrounding peripheries in local

transport

Job Description

1. Responsible for designing and implementation of the Community Based Programs

on HIV and AIDS at the grassroot level through direct intervention in all the

locations where Wockhardt Hospitals has its presence

2. Designing and implementing programs on HIV & AIDS with potentials partners as

per their requirement

3. Establishing linkages with Medical colleges of Mumbai to organize local

training program for primary care givers (doctors, nurses and paramedics)

4. Establishing linkages with corporates,training their personnel on basics of

HIV & AIDS and providing technical support to private organizations in

establishing their workplace policy on HIV and AIDS.

5. Organizing programs in association with Wockhardt Foundation in slums and

rural area where other programs of the foundation are already taking place.

6. Coordinating and organizing programs with WHARF (Wockhardt HIV / AIDS

Education and Research Foundation) Youth in Mumbai and Aurangabad.

7. Establishing linkages,liaisoning with various Governmental and

Non-Governmental Organizations and design programs that will be mutually

beneficial.

8. Developing a budget and expense of programs organized by WHARF.

9. Coordinating, monitoring and preparing reports on all the programs undertaken

by WHARF.

10. Preparing quarterly reports for donors and friends of WHARF and Coordinating

with WHARF faculties regularly.

11. Moderating and updating the WHARF website
