Thanks for your response!  I am bad with math and conversions so I am not sure

how much 20kg converts in pounds.  My boys weigh 36 pounds.  What do you suggest

Hi Dana,

20 kg is approx 44 pounds.

Maybe start with 150mg and work up from there.
