NACO/SACS websites updation is required on All Drop In Centres & PLHA Networks

Greetings from Coimbatore Network for positive people.

In regards to Websites of NACo and SACS it is very very important to update the

websites of NACO & SACS. Especially Drop In centres and the PLHA Networks are

the base for the PLHAs to share and discuss the infromation,issues,

problems,treatment updation, treatment adherance and other family issues which

they are faced in the community,health care and work place settings.

DICs & PLHA Networks are best platform for the newly identified and tested PLHAs

for getting the moral and psycho social support.

NACO/SACS are started supporting DICs to different Districts in the states. DICs

Objectives are

1. Positive living and to improve the quality of lives of the PLHAs

2. To creating the enabling environment

3. To build the capacities and skills of the PLHAs

4. To linkages with the existing Government schemes and Govt. Depatments.

5. To Linkages local NGOs for need services of PLHAs

Many people who are newly identified are accessing the websites for knowing the

right place/plotform to share and discuss the problems and issues faced by them

and get the right information,updated knowledge on treatment. But NACO/SACS are

updated the DICs & PLHAs network in their websites. It is really very essential.

So on behalf of CNP+ we request the NACO/SACS to update the websites for easy

accessing the services, information, knowledge, sharging the information, to

know the nearest DIC where the PLHAs are desired.
