Delhi Network of Positive People (DNP+), a state level PLHIV

network, focusing on HIV treatment Advocacy and Treatment literacy, requires a

Project Coordinator.

Essential qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent with minimum five years of

experience In management of projects in the field of HIV /AIDS.

Desirable qualifications and experience:

- Experience and knowledgeable on the issues related to HIV in general and

treatment advocacy in particular.

- Demonstrated leadership and managerial abilities.

- Proven knowledge of budgetary, financial and human resource

administration.

- Knowledge and skills in the field of Advocacy, partnerships and training

activities.

- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to guide and motivate others,

and to   develop / implement effective work practices and ethics.            

- Excellent command of English and Hindi language with proven

ability to write and communicate in a clear and concise manner

- Computer literacy as related to proposal writing and project

report writing.

Job Specifications:

- To lead and coordinate all aspects of project administrative,

budgetary and financial  management.

- Policies for effective processes and streamlined procedures

and practices, in accordance with the work plans.

- Resolving difficult issues and recommending remedial actions.

- Salary Rs 12,000 p.m (consolidated)

 

General Terms and Conditions

PLHIV are encourage to apply. Appointment will be for a period of one year on

contract basis and it is renewable every year based on performance assessment

reports and the renewal of the projects.
