Guest guest
My 14yo dd was upset when I dropped the BioNutrition Micro Algae. She felt it really helped with the acne, and though other symptoms didn't reappear, the acne did get worse without it. We got rid of all her other symptoms except the acne, though, and I couldn't see paying the price just to keep her acne at bay. I figure it will go when we are closer to done chelation. I worry more about the discomfort physically. But, I can give a high recommendation for the algae for acne. It is metal free and very well grown and processed. We have been very pleased with it. We originally used it to replace her mito-cocktail supps after a few months of chelation. It worked well for that too. You can get more info about it here http://www.bioage.com We started with the red bottle formulation, then dropped to the green. Now, we don't do it anymore. It is pricey, but it did work. Part of the reason I won't use it just to control acne when we have bigger fish to fry. Guest guest
Diet should work, without anything else. And if Bonne Bell still made 1006, I'd recommend that as just great for the skin. Alcohol blended with aloe gel might work. You're right about dairy; it's a big cause of acne. What my stepkids found (because they only ate well for a long period in the summer with us) was that no white bread, cake, cookies, etc. -- nothing with refined sugar -- was the key. The only dairy they had was raw milk, although they mostly ate a lot of fruit and nuts, and everyone's complexions cleared up beautifully. My bio-kids had gorgeous complexions. My daughter looks half her actual age. What we eat does count, a lot. Also anger seems to have something to do with breakouts (either repressed or expressed). Hope this helps. For my son, this was eliminated with yeast control and eliminating food issues. Some kids do well with vitamin A. >>She is also my one who is having > trouble with black thoughts...not suicide, just liking the bizarre and > weird and ugly... One of my kids occasionally says he has " multiple personality issues " . At first this was because I did not give him certain supps, and then apparently when he no longer needed those supps, he started indicating he had that problem on the days I *did* give him those supps.
