Cloth diapers need more changing as well as I recall but may not be

the issue here.

Topical ointments/powders/herbs are actually suppressive. It may

make the rash 'go away' but is really driving an imbalance deeper

into the system. Many children end up with asthma for one thing

after suppressed diaper rash. Homeopathic treatment done correctly

resolves the root of the issue by healing/balancing the child from

within and the rash goes away permanently. The symptom of the rash

is trying to say something, be thankful it's that simple right now,

not good to erase the signpost :)
