Oh my! Last night I decided to use the new d-lactate free custom probiotics

to make my daughter's sunflower seed cheese. The seeds had been soaking

about 20+ hours, so I poured everything into the vitamix, blended it smooth and

creamy, and put in a little scoop of the probiotic powder. In the middle of

the night it hadn't done much so I moved it into my room, near the heater. I

just went to look and it had pushed the tightly shut lid off the container

and it was lifted up on the 'cheese' and the liquid had soaked the brown paper

bag it was in. I still can't get over it opening the top!

She says it's awesome, and it does taste good, not that different from

making it with Klaire labs therabiotic, but so ALIVE!
