Guest guest
He's on Ketoconazole for yeast in his gut. (it's specially compounded & he gets 1 tsp in the am and 1 tsp at dinner) [ ] reaction to dilating drops (son still blinking) Cc: BioMedHeads Date: Sunday, November 16, 2008, 6:59 PM I took my 3.5 year old son for his annual eye exam 9 days ago. The pediatric eye doc used Cyclogyl which I thought was " safe " b/c no mercury. Two days later my son started blinking (hard with both eyes). The blinking continues and my heart is breaking. Please see the video I posted on our blog: http://matthewsauti smjourney. blogspot. com/. 's right eye that crosses in so he needs to have his eyes checked annually/update his corrective lenses. My questions are: 1) can dilation set off a tic? 2) what can I do to stop/reduce the blinking? 3) will he ever be able to get the dilating drops again (he needs them annually, but now I'm scared as hell to do them again) Thanks, Cyndi (a very sad & stressed mommy)
