Guest guest
I've used FerInSol by Enfamil. We give about 1 dropper full into a small glass of orange juice. It's good to take vit C with iron (but give zinc and iron at different times). Ferinsol is OTC, but for some reason we have to ask the pharmacist because he keeps it behind the desk. Guest guest
Floravit (used to be called Floravital I think). http://www.florahealth.com/flora/home/Canada/Products/R4775.htm#R4775 It works well, tastes good and is non-constipating. Guest guest
The juice that drips out of beef, lamb and pork when you roast it. By far the best iron supplement available. Andy
