I get leg cramps when my magnesium and potassium are low. Also, low B vitamins can do this to me. Have not had cramps where you are describing tho. I recently concluded that it is probably my liver or some other organ under stress from detox. Most of the major organs, like liver, spleen, pancreas, etc. are at the bottom part of the ribcage. I didn't know that for many years. Another question....has anyone used a B12 complex blend. I was reading about a blend that supposedly is great...but I don't have the name...starts with an A?
