I get leg cramps when my magnesium and potassium are low. Also, low B

vitamins can do this to me. Have not had cramps where you are

describing tho.

I sometimes get pain kind of where my lowest ribs are, but not in

the ribs themselves. I recently concluded that it is probably my

liver or some other organ under stress from detox. Most of the

major organs, like liver, spleen, pancreas, etc. are at the bottom

part of the ribcage. I didn't know that for many years. If you

need a little help with anatomy, there are some links to good

animations and illustrations here:

Thought about that...but am taking a gram a day..and when it gets

bad...2....that's pretty high I believe.

Another question....has anyone used a B12 complex blend. I was

reading about a blend that supposedly is great...but I don't have the

name...starts with an A?

Thanks
