I would like to add that the salary of just one individual per year is enough to

fund about 10 grass root level interventions on awareness, Care and Support and

even counselling and testing for HIV.

So we feel that an extravagant scale of management has taken place and hence the

programme has covered limited areas. The money could have been used more

effectively.

This is for consideration.
