Guest guest
Dear FORUM, A querry on second line drug combination Will some one comment on prescribing duovir (AZT+3Tc) one tablet twice a day, Lpr+Rtn(Aluvia)and TDF two tablets twice a day +3Tc(Tenvir and lamivudine)one tablet daily to a female patient of mid forties having clinical and immunological failure with Lamivir+Stauvudine +Efavir combination. I think this is not the correct combination, but I may be wrong as this has been prescribed to one C------Kaur by PGIMER Chandigarh. Anyone who can make me and PGI autorities wiser? will SACO or NACO look into it--as it is medical negligence to my mind (if you do not prescribe proper combination) Dr.Bharti Dr.Rakesh Bharti, Bharti Derma Care and Research center, 27-D,Sant Avenue,The Mall, Amritsar143001,Punjab INDIA Email-rakesh.bharti1@... 9814044213Â / 01832277822 /01832278522
