Guest guest
My son is a 7yo and still has not lost his upper two teeth. He lost his bottom teeth within the last 4 months. My dentist told me that Autistic children's teeth developement are delayed. She didn't tell me me how delayed. She did tell me his progress is normal though. Hope this helps. Guest guest
This is so interesting. My son did not receive his first tooth until almost 15 months of age and he is now 7 years, almost 2 months and has yet to lose his first tooth. Thank you, ONCE AGAIN, for all the wonderful information. I did a very quick search online and found a site that lists many of the supplements we need our kids on as supplements to help boost thyroid levels, along with some foods. My son actually exhibits several of the symptoms they also listed on the site I found: http://www.progressivehealth.com/thyroid_supplement.asp Thanks again!!! More knowledge... Guest guest
Are you chelating with DMPS?? Our doctor told a friend that uses him that chelation can delay teeth coming in. They told her that if her son's teeth didn't start coming in he'd have to stop chelation until they did. Kerrie In a message dated 10/13/2008 1:25:12 P.M. Guest guest
I don't know if they did or not. His teeth just finally starting coming in on their own, but it took about a year I think before they popped through Kerrie In a message dated 10/13/2008 10:19:13 P.M. Guest guest
Usually the top front teeth are lost around age 7. So this is normal. The dental chart I found says these teeth should erupt around age 7.35 years. Usually, you can see the tips coming through very shortly after the baby teeth fell out. IF you see nothing and it's been a year. He needs an x ray to see why they have not come in. (impaction, lack of teeth)Has the dentist checked to be sure he has adult teeth in these spots, since they have not erupted yet? > > What age do children usually get their two top teeth? > is 7 years old and he has had these two teeth missing for about > one year. > Could anyone comment on this for us? > thanks so much. > Joyce >

We chelated with dmsa/dmps and ala and her teeth have appeared on time. I never read anything about chelation and late appearing teeth. Kerrie In a message dated 10/13/2008 1:25:12 P.M.
