I have chelated myself with ALA. I controlled yeast with biotin and GSE.

Yeast overgrowth caused both of those problems here.

I have had yeast overgrowth, based on my experience and symptoms, in

my lungs and brain. It is NOT fun, and caused serious problems, but

fortunately was eliminated with biotin and GSE.

Biotin was required to *control* yeast here.
