==>Hi. What is your name? I wrote this week about the rotation diet

not being necessary because they are recommended by people who believe

that you become allergic to foods you eat every day which is totally

untrue. Good healthy unadulterated foods create healing reactions

which are mistaken as allergic reactions, which they are not = read

articles in the Allergies Folder (in our files on the left menu) to

understand more, and also read articles in the Healing Naturally folder.

==>Yes, of course you would have coconut oil and garlic everyday. Also

I do not recommend cleansing - see the file (after the folders) " Not

Recommended Supplements, Treatments, etc. " . Please read the article

sent to you when you joined " How to Successfully Overcome Candida "

which is the best candida program on the planet - you will find out why

when you read it - it is in the 1st folder in our Files.

Cheers, Bee

Dear Perihan,

I suggested searching the archives of messages from this

group. That is where you will find all the comments

Bee has previously made regarding a rotation diet. You will

find quite a few messages that she has already written.

You need to go to the home page of this group

and type in the search box " rotation diet "

in the UK

==>Hi Perihan. Welcome to my group. You wouldn't find anything on

rotation diets on this group because they are totally useless and no

one benefits by doing it. The problems you are having with foods is

caused by candida overgrowth so it is important that you start on my

program right away. Please read the article " Candida Basics by Bee "

emailed to you when you joined; or you can find it in our Group's

Files (left-hand menu) in the 2nd Folder. Then you will understand

what you need to do in order to start your naturally healing

process. This mainly means building up your immune system and

eliminating toxins. After you've read please get back to us with

questions. We are here to help you my friend. Hang in there. This

program has been the most effective one for improving anyone's health.

The best in health, Bee

==>Hi Nell. I do not believe in " rotation diet theories " since it is

not possible to become intolerant or allergic to good unadulterated

foods like eggs, meats, and veggies from Mother nature!! Many of the

groups Dr. Weston A. Price studied, like the Eskimos, could only eat

limited foods available in their area, and they ate the same foods

day in and day out without any adverse affects. Also, it is

interesting that they did not become bored with the same foods every

day as reported in this article:

http://www.biblelife.org/stefansson1.htm

However good foods may create healing reactions when the body

receives what it needs. If those foods are also antifungal,

antibacterial, etc. like eggs, they create die-off reactions since

they contain sulphur which is antifungal, like many other good foods.

The best, Bee

My son is very limited as far as diet and getting a rotation diet going

has helped him tolerate some of the foods a little better. The more

trial and error I do with myself and him, the more I realize that there

is a buildup of allergens before you have a " major blowout " . I have

experienced this myself with dairy products and Dr. Ralph Golan

explains it quite well in his book, " Optimal Wellness " .

Now what I have kind of been wondering is whether there are some foods

in our diet that allow us to digest other foods and when they are

missing from the diet, it is harder for us to digest those foods they

help with. For example, dairy. I wonder how conditioned (or evolved)

our bodies have gotten as a species to needing dairy for one reason or

another. Maybe the same goes for wheat/gluten. I can't help but feel

that something MORE than the gluten and casein is missing when they are

avoided.

Anyway, just rambling...thought I'd share.

Liz
