Would you happen to know which one of these would have been the most likely to have helped with the impulsivity at night? like sticking me with pins. Thiamin (As Thiamin Mononitrate) B1 50Mg. Riboflavin B-2 50Mg. Niacin (As Niacinamide) B-3 50Mg. Vitamin B6 (AS Pyridoxine HcL) 50Mg. Folic Acid 400Mcg Vitamin B12 (As Cobalamin) 50Mcg Biotin (AS D-Biotin) 50 Mcg Pantothenic Acid (From D-Ca Pantothenate) 50 Mg. Also eliminated the tendency to be a mosquito magnet [i use this as insect repellent, works great!] Depleted B2. > Riboflavin B-2 > 50Mg. B1 and B12 depleted B2, which caused red mouth and split lips. > Niacin (As Niacinamide) B-3 50Mg. Did not see much with this one. > Vitamin B6 (AS Pyridoxine HcL) 50Mg. Decreased impulsivity, increased body awareness, helped with sleep issues [once tolerated]. Requires magnesium for proper absorption. Caused wild hyper at first. All Bs except biotin tended to increase yeast, especially B6 and a few others. > Folic Acid > 400Mcg My son was severely deficient in folic acid. This was required for proper absorption of B12. Required carnitine for proper absorption. Deficiency caused severely dry cracked skin. Giving folic caused baby smooth skin here =) > Vitamin B12 (As Cobalamin) 50Mcg Increased language and social skills. Depleted B2. Required folic acid and carnitine for proper absorption. Tended to increase yeast. > Biotin (AS D-Biotin) > 50 Mcg This is what the body uses to control yeast. 50mcg is almost nothing, 400mcg is USRDA. My son needed 20mg 3x per day for a while. Requires magnesium for proper absorption. Helps not only with yeast, but also with skin, hair, and nails. Eliminated thin hair and hair falling out, caused thick hair. Eliminated brittle nails, I can now grow my nails without them splitting. > Pantothenic Acid (From D-Ca Pantothenate) 50 Mg.
