Guest guest
My advise would be to use these tests as a guide only. Avoid the highly reactive foods over a 3 on your great plains lab test, I am not familiar with your other test. Introduce the lowest reactive foods one at a time with food trials, where for two days you feed your child three meals a day of the food you are trialing and look for symptoms, both immediate and delayed. Trial only one food a week. Kids with food allergies dot com explains how to do food trials. Rotating foods will prevent other new food allergies from coming up. From yours I would say gluten is out. Also Oat, Gliadin, Yeast, Brewers, Egg White, Lemon. There is egg and yeast in a lot of things. If the Vega test is correct I would eliminate also Millet, Wheat, Garaway, Gayenne, Dill seed, Maarjoram, soy, Cheese, Bifidus, Buttermilk, Cottage cheese, Kefir, Sour Cream, Yogurt,Tofu, Beef, Turkey, Veal, Currants, Grapes, Orange. You could eliminate all of these foods for 3 weeks and to prove the tests reintroduce them in food trials.
