Are there any heavy metals(preservatives) in antibiotics?

My sister in law is concerned about the contents in antibiotics. Her

daughter is 19 mos. and taking antibiotics for strep. She knows heavy

metals from vaccines are causing delays in her daughters developments

ie. walking , talking. She is being very cautious whenever her

daughter takes med's. Does anyone know if there is a concern that

mercury could be used as a preservative? One of the antibotics she was

suppose to start her on had aspertame in it. Her only option then was

to settle for sucralose instead. Any help would be great! Thanks, Laurie
