Call for Urgent Action on Quack AIDS Doctor in Hissar (State Haryana)

Dear FORUM, activists, NGO's/ networks and others,

I want to inform you all very important issue about a fake quack doctor

practicing, experimenting on HIV positive peoples.

From last two or three years at a location of the village Ladwa in Gosaula

District-Hissar (State Haryana) a fake, quack doctor challenge the HIV/AIDS &

ART treatment and treat HIV+ people those who are on ART treatment.

More then 500 HIV+ people from different states are treated there. The fake

quack doctor is illiterate and he blackmail the HIV+ people and charge 4000-5000

from them.

Mostly, village peoples and from different states come here. They have lacks of

knowledge, education, information, and financial problems regarding HIV. Mostly

all are on ART treatment patients are stop their medicines and some patients

will be die after and after this wrong treatment.

From last six months I have continually informed to the Haryana State AIDS

Control Society officers about this. But they are not taking any action on this

dire situation.

A police FIR is very important in this, as soon as possible.

I request to NACO, Health Ministry of Haryana State, Geeta Bhukkal and Health

Minister Gulam Nabi Azad and other Higher authorities to take necessary action

as soon as possible

I request all the HIV positive people who received treatment to report and file

complaints.
