Peanuts

Dear Peanut lovers,

I was eating lots of peanuts, unsalted, too. My GI told me to skip the peanuts because of the high fat which upsets my system and especially because of the amount of protein in a snack. I am supposed to eat about 9 servings of protein a day according to the tx nutritionist but low fat, of course. Also between the peanuts and red meat, I was having a lot of trouble with encephalapathy because of the protein. In fact I've just been dragging today and yesterday and I dawned on me that I had been munching on left over Swedish meatballs from Christmas for two days and that's way too much red meat for my system. So it's potato soup for dinner tonight :)

Hi Jeanne,

Peanuts are loaded with fungi and cause increased candida growth.

But also if roasted nuts contain " bad " oils which acts like plastic

in the body. If they are not soaked they also cause problems. Even

when the nuts are soaked and don't contain bad fats they need to be

chewed very well, but having some sea salt with them will aid

digestion.

Dear Jeanne Marie,

Peanuts are definitely a bad food to have. Also pastaschio nuts are

loaded with fungi as well. All other nuts are okay. I used to

almost pass out when I had even a lick of peanut butter when I had

candida in the mid 1980s. Wow! It was such a dramatic reaction.

That's wonderful you found the dry skin brushing invigorating! Good

for you! It's so simple to do and very healthy. I bought my friend

a long handle natural bristle brush for Christmas. She was delighted.

I know how you have " back off " on doing enemas but they too give you

a feeling of renewed energy too, similar to dry skin brushing. Other

members had back off on doing them too but once they tried it they

were sold on the idea.

Luv,

Bee

Thanks again Bee for all of your wonderful help and

suggestions.

I haven't had any problem with the enemas (except for

the time when I put too much Nystatin in). I've been

doing a Nystatin enema every 1-2 weeks now since I

joined. How long do you think I should keep up that

schedule? I read your article and know that I should

interfere with my bowel and lower intestine functions

too much, but I'd really like to knock out as many of

those critters as I can.

Muchos saludos,

Jeanne Marie

I may be mistaken but I thought aflatoxin was caused by a fungus on

peanuts. It depends on a lot of factors. See this site.

My apraxic DS has intense stomach pain followed by vomiting anytime he

eats any peanuts. This happened the first time he ate a peanut cookie

(at age 3). We did an IgE blood test and he tests positive for

allergic reaction to peanuts. Interesting that we have NO family

history of food allergies on either side of the family.

I just got the Eliza test back and it showed my dd shouldn't eat

peanuts.

+++Hi Shelby. I hope you understand that allergies are caused by a

depressed immune system. Also allergies are very misunderstood, due

to the big business they create for the drug companies and medical

industry.

+++Of course everyone would be allergic to toxins, and of the foods

you listed 3 are toxic, which are: wheat, peanuts and soy. Chocolate

also contains soy. All peanuts are genetically modified and grow

with mycotoxins (fungal-type toxins) inherently in them, which cannot

be eliminated. Also wheat contains mycotoxins. I can't eat any peanut

or soy products of any kind or my body starts detoxing right away,

and I avoid wheat like the plague.

+++Allergies to other foods, like good unadulterated eggs is not a

true allergy, instead people are experiencing " healing reactions "

since foods like eggs contain sulphur which is antifungal,

antibacterial, etc., which of course would produce healing/die-off

reactions. See " Healing Foods, Herbs & Spices Create Healing

Reactions " ; http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal14.php

+++First, labs do not use good foods to make antigens for testing,

and they wash them in solvents that aren't removed. Second, the

basis of allergy tests is the antibody theory which is totally

false. The entire list of allergic reactions is the same list of

healing/detox/die-off reactions. To understand more read these

articles:

The best in health, Bee

Because my son has so many food limitations he eats a lot of peanut

butter. I buy organic peanut butter. Could that still be genetically

modified? Would switching him to sunbutter, almond or cashew butter be

a better choice?
