OT: Dana Biotin & Magnesium

Ok, still trying to figure this out. Where can I get info on biotin

The last time I tried she ended up with a toilet bowel of yellow

mucous and stomache pain. We tried 150 mcgs biotin.

There was other " stuff " involved so, I wasn't sure what the reaction

was to..

My thoughts, tho, not sure, was this yeast die off? She had

absolutely no hyperactivity, no die off reaction, just pain and

yellow poop?

So, I am going to try it with magnesium aspartate, but I had to order

it on line as I could not find magnesium alone,by itself at WF,

Mothers, or Vitaminne Shoppe.

How do you give it and when, as I am doing the OLE w Candidase also.

Hyper activity is decreasing. She is high functioning with great

language.

Hyperactivity and social skills, food issues have always been her

problems.
