,

I applaud your efforts to organize a support group! Just wanted to let you

know that " our little group " here in Portland just had our 2nd dinner

( " support group " ), and it was great! I think we ALL benefited from the

exchange of information and support. We all look forward to getting

together every couple of months. I encourage anyone who is interested, to

try to meet with other people in your area.

" are there any support groups in chicgo. because we have lost all of

our so called friends... "

There is a Chicago support group for the Body Ecology Diet. Most of the members

have autistic children, I believe. They are using Donna Gates' B.E.D. to recover

their digestive systems. If you want the info, I can look for it or pass along

the group leader's email, if I still have it...

There are 2 groups that have monthly meetings in the suburban area...National

Autism Association and Talk About Curing Autism. You can access the websites for

details about locations, times and places.

TACA Chicago meets every second Saturday of the month at Woodfield mall in

Macy's from 4-6pm.
