Fluoride and Melatonin -

, what's your take on fluoride being beneficial to the teeth in the

form of toothpaste or mouth rinse? I'm really considering eliminating

fluoride from our drinking water, but since I've always had bad teeth, and

where I grew up we had no fluoride water or treatment, etc. It was when I

started using a fluoride mouth rinse that I stopped getting cavities.

Can using fluoride mouth wash cause it to accumulate in the pineal gland

too? Or is majority of it when it's ingested?

We already don't eat canned foods, and I recently switched to cast iron

cookware. We also eliminated unsafe plastics also.

Thanks!

Based solely on hindsite & my kids/family (well, and info slams too ;)

- I am more likely to tag lead as an underlying issue for " bad " teeth.

Two of my children have rather horrid adult teeth issues, of the

enamel sort, that is usually attributed to lack of fluoride (I totally

disagree with this point of view) & two do not (of my older

kids)...Fluoride could be useful, as I understand it, for topical

use...however, fluoride is very pervasive, everywhere - soooo, do not

see that it would be an issue, say, in the next hundred years or

so...Me, I would (and to the best of my ability, I do) avoid all forms

of fluoride...India has high rates of natural fluoride & studies from

there provide good information, imo...wishing you the best, elizabeth
