Dana Carotene conversion: Corn allergy?

Dana,

 

What did you do for Carotene conversion?  Did you stop all carotene foods until

this was taken care of?  How did you pin point that that was a problem?  I have

such a hard some pin pointing some of the issues with food or supplement

tolerance or needs.

My son did not tolerate corn, because it is a carotene food.

According to a book I have, the body requires zinc, vitamin C, and

thyroid hormone to properly convert carotenes. My son required

selenium also, which supports the thyroid.

Yes

I removed all carotene foods and the next day my son was MUCH improved.
