What the heck is up with this bizarre cough?

My son is doing this really weird thing and I'm not sure what the heck it

is. He seems perfectly healthy. But every once in a while he looks like he is

coughing but the noise coming out sounds like a burp, not a cough. After a few

of these in a row he makes a noise that makes you think he's going to vomit.

He'll do that for a few seconds, long as if you were having a little coughing

fit, and then he carries on like nothing happened.

I've never seen or heard anything like it.

Not sure, but it sounds like he's gagging or trying to clear something

from his throat.

My dh has this thing where he coughs and gags if in cold damp air. We

have not figured out what is causing this, because it only happens in

the cold weather..not at all in summer. I think yeast myself, because

candida symptoms are often worse in damp weather.

My dd has a problem with this barking dry cough mostly at night: that

was yeast we think. Yeast Aid from Kirkman got rid of it.

All of us in my house report being gaggy or more phlegmy when yeast is

going on. Also be sure there is no sinus drip or ear congestion

possibly running down his throat causing some coughing or gagging.

Maybe someone else will have some more ideas.

Coughing is the body's way of trying to get rid of toxins..

Mucus and phlegm buildup in the lungs and other places..

Dairy causes mucous... Some mucous is healthy for the body.. The

purpose of natural occuring mucous is to help the body get rid of the

toxins The mucous that gets formed from dairy....is NOT good..

During detox, you can experience something like that..loosening of

the mucus..body ridding of toxins and it causes you to get

mucousy..and the cough is your body trying to get rid of it..

Sometimes it doesnt come all the way up and out..so you cough and it

ends up getting swallowed into the digestive system...not very

good...as that would mean the toxins are being deposited into the

already damaged digestive system.. How do I know this..??? I am

currently experiencing this..but it is getting less and less as I

progress with my detox.. My son has that cough too..but it is

getting better as well..and I make a point to ask my naturopath what

and why it is...and she does her best to explain..plus I read books

and research online..

Vomiting and coughing are just the body's way of getting rid of

toxins..

A greens diet will help you naturally detox as well.. It will make

the body more alkaline and less acidic..

There is lots of info online about Acidosis.. Check it out..
