Guest guest
You can use it for both. We mix it about 5 drops to 3 oz of water, and just drop it in the ear either with a dropper or pour it in with a spoon or something. For ear infection it works fairly quickly, only a couple treatments. You can use it at same concentration for douche also, or even a bit stronger if you prefer. We don't even bother with antibiotics for ear infection, just use diluted GSE. Guest guest
, thanks for your reply on this topic. How many drops should be placed in the ear?...should it be allowed to drip out straight away? Guest guest
> Hi Dana, or anyone else who can help, > I have an ear infection and an now on antibiotics for it. But now I feel a vaginal yeast infection coming on, due to the antibiotics. At my house, ear infections were usually caused by yeast overgrowth, not bacteria. So taking antibiotics would have made things worse. Even if you have a bacteria-related ear infection, you need to control the yeast. Try taking biotin and GSE, which is what worked at my house. > What I want to know is how could I use GSE for the v/ yeast infection internally, and can it be used internally for my ear? I took it orally. Start with one drop in the morning, and work up as required. Dana

Don't put it straight into the ear, dilute it first. I used it orally. Dana
Guest guest
No measured amount. Just put some of the diluted concentration in the ear. We usually let it sit in there a bit, then let it run out. No amount it so much, but you want enough in there so more than just a drop or two. Guest guest
I bought an ear drop from nutrobiotic that has gse in the ear drop. so I know it can be used in the ear. I would be hesitant to put a drop in their straight though. This was a little white bottle and it has a red cross on it. I bought it at the health food store whole foods. Guest guest
You can dilute it. I made note in my reply to how we do it. We put approx 5 drops per 3 oz of water. We have since found GSE in toothpastes, mouthwashes, and other natural products we consider or do buy. It really is good stuff. I am curious about the ear drops you bought. I've never looked to see if Nutribiotic has other products. We just buy the GSE from them. I'll have to check into those. My husband rinses his ears often with hydrogen peroxide. It helps with his headaches. He's started using GSE to clean his sinuses, but since he didn't have an ear infection, and never does, I've never thought of having him use GSE in his ears. Always getting good ideas here. :-) P Axe wrote: > > I bought an ear drop from nutrobiotic that has gse in the ear drop. so > I know it can be used in the ear. Guest guest
Thankyou all for your replies. Wouldn't dream of not diluting. Not much happening though at 5 drops/3oz water and more or less filling ear with it...have done this 3 times since last night + ingesting. I'm not as deaf in that ear as I was though, but the ringing-tinnitus is driving me nuts.  Dana, the infection is not from yeast...definately from blocked nose from hayfever, while driving and air pressure change. I eliminated my environmental allergies with OLE, which will also address any bacterial issue, so you can try that. Dana
