Guest guest
this is so interesting: I tried the biotin 2 times and my dd both times complained of being lost. She said her eyes can see where she is going but her brain can't. I was thinking the reason may be that I wasn't giving it with Magnesium... so it wasn't working that good and the yeast was still out of control or..it was bringing her blood sugar down too much. What do you think???

What do you think??? It might have been that she needed magnesium, especially if she initially did well with it. Might also have been yeast die off, you can try giving some activated charcoal about 45 minutes after the biotin, see if that helps. Guest guest
> > is there die-off with biotion? Depends. Do you mean die off *symptoms*? My son never really had any negative symptoms, he would just improve. So he had die off, but there were no symptoms, if that made sense.
