What is L-carnosine and what is it used for?

Carnosine [do not confuse this with carnitine] was somewhat helpful

for my son for about a month. His language did somewhat improve

during that month.

It did tend to deplete his zinc for that month.

Carnitine is another amino acid, but this was helps with growth

issues, muscle tone, and absorption. My son needed carnitine for

proper absorption of fats, vitamin C, B vitamins, and TMG. It was one

of my son's " wonder supps " here.
