Guest guest
Guys, Just been reading up on gut flora as I read an interesting anecdote about a man who lost weight by adding in two strains of lactobacillus. I know abot salivarius which is found in CP1 but not L. gasseri./ Lactobacillus gasseri/ appears to be the main species of lactobacilli that inhabits the human gastrointestinal tract according to this website..... http://microbewiki.kenyon.edu/index.php/Lactobacillus I haven't heard of gasseri at all and yet it is supposed to be good for conditions like ulcerative colitis. Anybody read up on gasseri or used it?? .
