State of State Training and Resource Centres (STRC)

The Government of India has developed a number of state level institutions for

capacity building of TI programmes known as State Training and Resource Centre

(STRC).

For nearly a year now, the STRCs have not been given any resources, including

salaries for staff.

This money is to be released by NACO through their TI programme.

This is absolutely shameful and NACO needs to respond at the earliest.
