First 5 days 1 every other day

Next 5 days 1 every day

Next 5 days 1 am 1 pm

Next 5 days 2 am 1 pm

Next 5 days 2 am 2 pm

Next 5 days 3 am 2 pm (that is usually the final dosage amount)
