Guest guest
My daughter gets cranky on ALA by the third day. I had to lower her dose. I went down to 1.5mg and now she's up to 3mg. She is much better at this dose, but like I said she does get stimmy and irritable by the third day. Could be yeast too. > > Started ALA yesterday for the first time.. [ ] RAGING on ALA...normal? Started ALA yesterday for the first time.. Did 4 mg. every 3 hours (4 hours at night) for my 32-pound 3-year-old. Am continuing despite his issues....but... Today he is RAGING! Temper tantrums...lashing out...crying. Is this normal? Or does this mean ALA does not work with my son? Thanks,

Lashing out and crying sound like yeast overgrowth. Dana
Guest guest
Our bad reactions and I think that included irritability or raging due to ala was also caused by yeast. Ramping up our yeast protocol fixed it.
