Re: RAGING on ALA...normal?

My daughter gets cranky on ALA by the third day. I had to lower her

dose. I went down to 1.5mg and now she's up to 3mg. She is much better

at this dose, but like I said she does get stimmy and irritable by the

third day. Could be yeast too.

Lashing out and crying sound like yeast overgrowth.

Our bad reactions and I think that included irritability or raging due to ala

was also caused by yeast. Ramping up our yeast protocol fixed it.
