Funds for HIV/AIDS in recession

Dear Forum,

There was a discussion today on National Public Radio with Dr Fauci , a

Canadian doctor, and President of Uganda, that they appeal to President Obama to

increase yearly expenditure of the AIDS/TB fund by 1 billion as proposed by

President Bush, when he created the fund before he left office.

It is now time for Indian industrialists (and government) to pitch in for funds

in India to save their own workers. It is economically a win-win situation for

these industrialists.
