why skin beautiful on prednisone

I'm battling with icky scalp and acne, all my life. Did the accutane in the

teens, nasty side affects.

But why is it, having taken prednisone several times in my life for poison ivy

and lovely major rashes to suddenly shower gel issues for example. How is it I

get the most beautiful skin, scalp, and when the affects wear off, it's back to

my old yucky self. What can I be missing in my diet/life.

Ideas appreciated. I think I'll be the only 80 year old with acne. I'm so sick

of it.
