The work done by Mr Nawendu Jha (Program coordinator, Drop-in-centre)

for the PLHIV community not only in Chandigarh but also across this region has

put forth the other concerned stakeholders to move together in synchronised

manner.

The initiative took by him for PLHIVs to get scheduled under BPL criteria in

Chandigarh is really praise worthy.

I remember the day when he discussed to include PLHIVs under BPL criteria and

then we did one collaborative programme on the occassion of World Poverty Day in

October 2009. That was the mile stone set by him and now it is a reality.

I wish he could achieve his objectives.
