Guest guest
I'm trying to figure out if I have adrenal fatigue. I'm still in the process of getting my amalgams removed. I did the self-pupil test, and my pupils definitely flutter. I tried taking my temperature, but they're so inconsistent depending on how warm/cold I am. I heard/read about the 24-hour saliva test. Would this just measure your cortisol level? Do I need to have anything else checked? Can my regular MD order this test, or is there a special lab that I should use? I also don't know if my symptoms are thyroid-related, so I'll be getting free T3, T4, and TSH checked. Can my regular MD order these tests? TIA!
