Guest guest
I just called our Ped's office to see if she can order a blood IgE for inhalant allergies for my 4yo, and she said that I need to take him to an allergist to do a SPT because blood test would be inaccurate at his age. I thought from what I read that blood IgE is far more accurate? And it's going to be nearly impossible to keep him still for 15 min for the SPT. Any input is appreciated!
